The High-Yield Savings Package is a Money Market Account and a 12 Month Certificate of Deposit. The Money Market Account has a competitive variable rate that is set the first of every month. You can conveniently access your money at any ATM, online, or with a check. Plus, your Metro High-Yield Savings Package gives you a 12-Month Certificate of Deposit with a guaranteed rate of return. At Metro we’re always looking for ways to make reaching your savings goals easier. To open your Metro High-Yield Savings Package, stop by any branch or call 877-MY-METRO. *A 12 Month CD of $10,000 or more and a Money Market with $75,000 or more is required to open and maintain the High-Yield Savings Package. You may incur a penalty for early withdrawal. Rates subject to change. The Money Market has a variable rate that is set the first of every month. For Money market Account balances below $75,000, the Annual Percentage Yield is the current regular savings rate with a monthly fee of $10. Fees may reduce earnings on this account.** ON DAILY BALANCES BELOW $2,000 RATE WILL BE COMPARABLE TO THE REGULAR SAVINGS RATE. Federal Regulations require a substantial penalty on funds withdrawn prior to maturity for all time deposit accounts. Fees could reduce earnings on the account.
